YOUR INSTRUCTOR
Robert O’Connor began his cleaning career at the age of 11 working for the family cleaning business. In 1995 Mr. O’Connor co-founded Emergi-Clean Inc, one of the first companies in the United States that specialized strictly in the cleaning of blood and bodily fluids.
Mr. O’Connor is one of a handful of people who have 20 years of documented experience in the cleanup of blood and bodily fluids. Certified in 2004, by the American Bio Recovery Association (ABRA), Mr. O’Connor continued to further his education in the biorecovery field.
In 2011 he was invited to be co-chair of chapter 1 for the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC), Standard and Reference Guide for Trauma and Crime Scene Biological and Infectious Hazard Clean Up. Mr. O’Connor also holds numerous certifications in fire protection, law enforcement and emergency management.
